So, yeah, Christmas.

It’s the season to be jolly. Not really my forte, but needs must.

I have about two week off and we got a new couch. It is hot here, so I am planning on spending the season watching test Cricket and drinking beer, going to the beach, trying to keep the new garden alive, etc.

Hope you guys are all well. Best of season, or at least enjoy the break.

Happy Holidays to you too, Steve.

Yeah, Happy Christmas, punks. Or happy Solstice, or enjoy-your-nontheistic-stuff salutation.
I wish that I could sit me on a beach somewhere – too rainy, though (Alex, are you home in southern CA? I’m up north).

Enjoy the sun, your garden, and the break, Steve.

Where up North are you?! Yeah, I’m here but I am leaving tomorrow. With a brand new doggy that my dad and sister gifted me for Christmas (we technically rescued it from the street when I was here for Thanksgiving last month but still! I get a dog!) I hope the rain settles down and you get to make your way to the beach. That’s the only thing I still really crave from SoCal nowadays…also, Happy Holidays/Merry Christmas/Happy Monday! Lots of cyber hugz.

SF Bay Area. So the beaches are just . . . cold (well, they’re cold during the summer, too).
Oh and Steve, you can have an extra beer on my behalf. To ring in the new year, of course.

I’d like to send you a copy of my CD at some point in the new year.

Also I recall you mentioning you were into Gaelic trad. What are you listening to? I’d like some recommendations.

PS England beat us in the Cricket. I love that.
